TELEPHONE CALLS TO DOCTORS
Telephone calls interrupt consultations.
In many cases the office staff can assist you with your enquiry. please indicate the urgency.
A telephone consultation maybe able to be booked.
An electronic message can be left for your Doctor by staff.

All doctors work as individuals and not not always providing services at this Medical Complex. If your doctor is unavailble, please advice staff who will provide you with options.

Email communication is not secure and is for non urgent matters only. A copy of our email policy is available on request.
Please ask if you are seeking a result of a Pathology or Imaging test – the Doctor may have left a message for you.
MEDICAL TEST RESULTS
The doctor that requested your test is responsible to contact you with any clinically significant test result, including pathology and imaging results. Patients may contact the practice for medical test results when your doctor has reviewed the result. There may be delays when your doctor is away – please discuss with staff who will try to assist you.
REMINDERS, HEALTH SCREENING : the medical software does have a reminder system for clinical important conditions , which your doctor may use. Please advise if you do not want to be contacted ( mail , SMS or telephone)
