Who will find this course useful?
This course is intended for adults who have been experiencing insomnia for at least 3 months.
If your sleeping difficulties have started more recently, we suggest you first see our Coping With Stress or Intro to Mindfulness course.
This program involves four lessons to be completed in your own time at your own pace, aiming to complete a lesson every 1-2 weeks.
The system won’t allow less than 5 or more than 25 days between lessons.
Most people take about 4-8 weeks to complete the course.
