To improve our service and reduce waiting times on the phone, we are changing how we notify patients of “No-Action” test results.
✅ What is a “No-Action” Result?
A “No-Action” result means:
âś” Your doctor has reviewed your result(s)
âś” No follow-up appointment is required at this time
âś” Your result has been assessed and no further action is needed
You will receive a secure SMS message advising you that your results have been reviewed.
⏳ Waiting for Multiple Results?
If you have had more than one test performed, please allow up to 5 days for all results to be received and reviewed by your doctor.

If your symptoms continue, or you would like to discuss your results or any other health concerns, please make an appointment with your doctor.
